So far in the match up between the two, Susie is forcing Russ to the ground.  Hopefully it will hold up tonight.

In other new, today is Russ’ 29th birthday and the Rockies went to the World Series and we love them for that, too bad they couldn’t show the world how they got there.

I will post this here instead of Chocolate Soup, because well, I know Russ will read this eventually and I have to give him crap.  :-)

So last night Zach had a staff meeting and it was suppose to be over before 7:30, but I didn’t get a call from Zach until 7:50 saying he was on his way home.  He was bringing me dinner and I was starving and looking forward to spending sometime with him.  Well, that almost didn’t happen.

He walks in the door and tells me: “Log into my email.  I just got off the phone with Russ and the draft is going on right now.”  Uh….what?  Last I knew there weren’t enough people for the league and now we are drafting?  And for once I didn’t want to be on the computer I wanted to sit downstairs and eat and watch TV or something, but nooooo, Russ had other plans for my evening.

Thus, fantasy hockey drafting began and what was amazing is I helped Zach, we talked and had fun.  It was way more enjoyable than the football draft a few weeks ago, where we hardly talked and I was pissed the whole time.  So, Russ, you might have started my night off on the wrong foot, but no grudges…….it was a great evening.  And I enjoyed the chatting.  But two questions…..why aren’t there any girls in your league?  Don’t you like girls?  Why wasn’t I invited?  I might have joined……and I know a pretty big hockey fan (Susie), who might have enjoyed as well. Hmmm…

Oh, and I think you should help me with my fantasy football, Zach is well……you’ve seen his scores. :-)
